“Back in the day” (when I first started building websites) the “thing” to do was to have a separate blog that promoted your site. Google was really big on blogs back then. That is whay I started The Beauty Blog. Along the way, I decided to keep it and turn it into a “real” beauty blog. I don’t give it as much attention as it deserves, but it does pretty good and it is still a good vehicle to promote some of my other beauty related sites.
